Worcruit is looking for a proactive and organised Event & Floor Supervisor to support the coordination of private events and provide strong leadership during service hours. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key contact for event enquiries, including planning, quoting, and coordinating with Event Sales Team & Managers.
Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to align on event requirements.
Supervise floor staff during event and regular service, ensuring seamless execution.
Conduct floor checks, uphold service standards, and troubleshoot on the fly.
Assist in creating event run sheets, layouts, and timelines.
Upsell venue offerings and guide clients through menu and beverage selections.

Requirements:

Previous experience in events coordination and floor supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
