Requirements
An established all-day restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee shift operations, including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and floor management.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Drive sales through upselling, table turns, and maximising bookings.
Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
Maintain high standards in cleanliness, service, and presentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant.
Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including bookings and service flows.
A calm and confident presence under pressure.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
RSA certification and strong knowledge of wine/cocktail service is a plus.
