Worcruit is on the lookout for a friendly and efficient Front of House/Barista to join our energetic team at a bustling deli located in South Yarra. This is a fast-paced environment where coffee quality and exceptional customer service go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee with speed and consistency.

• Provide outstanding service to all guests—whether they’re grabbing a quick takeaway or dining in.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and floor area.

• Operate the POS system efficiently and handle cash and card transactions.

• Support in restocking, opening/closing duties, and general upkeep of the venue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with specialty coffee (must know your way around a grinder and a La Marzocco or similar).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering a great customer experience.

• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Weekend availability is a must.
